“I have trained extensively in the field of Orthopaedics, specifically in extremity casting, bracing, and splinting. Starting in the United States military, where I served as a soldier medic, I have had advanced training in operating room procedure and surgical assisting, radiography, sterile processing, and orthopedics. I have held certifications from the American Society of Orthopedic professionals (ASOP), The National Association of Orthopedic Technicians (NAOT), The National Registry of Emergency Medical TEchnicians (NREMT), to name a few. I have worked in private practices, hospitals, and HMO’s, and I have attended various workshops and trainings across the country.
